Üsküdar Üniversitesi Vice Rector, Institute of Addiction and Forensic Sciences Director Prof. Dr. Sevil Atasoy accepted the advisory board presidency of Social Media and Digital Security Education Research Association (SODİMER), Turkey's first NGO in its field.
Aiming to raise public awareness about the conscious use of social media, SODİMER also aims to contribute to the literature with scientific research.
The association, which will conduct education, research, and many other activities, will collaborate with experts in its field.
The association, established with the support of many organizations from the public and private sectors, will offer its materials and activities free of charge.
