Born in 1991, in Istanbul. Graduated from Kadıköy Anadolu Lisesi in 2010. Studied Sociology at Middle East Technical University and graduated with B.S. degree in 2015. Started to work as a freelance translator and has translated academic papers and journal articles. Began studying for master’s degree in Critical Cultural Studies M.A. Program at Boğaziçi University, which is currently in progress.
Interested in fields such as arts, philosophy, literature, mythology in the general sense, and particularly in the sociology of culture and cultural sociology, sociology of arts and especially music, musicology and ecomusicology, nostalgia studies, etc.
