 ALES Score Type: Equal Weight

Dear candidate students;

Due to the pandemic, there will be no science exam in our Thesis/Non-Thesis Master's Programs in the 2021-2022 Academic Year Spring Semester;

1) In our thesis programs, 65% of Equal Weight grade ALES, 35% of undergraduate graduation grade point average,

2) In non-thesis programs, 50% of the undergraduate graduation grade and 50% of the relevant score type ALES, if any*, will be evaluated.

*(If the candidates applying to non-thesis programs do not have ALES scores, they will be evaluated as 55 points.)

In line with the Graduate Education Regulation published in the Official Gazette dated November 22, 2019, the definition of special student has changed. A special student is defined as a student enrolled in another graduate program and taking courses from a graduate program in our institute.

The applications of the candidates who do not apply online, do not graduate during the application, and do not upload their ALES document and their identity information to the application system will be deemed invalid.

Student Application Requirements to the Program

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in order to apply for the master's program.

The equivalence of undergraduate diplomas obtained from abroad must be approved by the Council of Higher Education.

Candidates applying to the program with thesis must have scored at least 55* in Equal Weight from the Academic Personnel and Graduate Education Entrance Exam (ALES). Candidates who score at least equivalent to the ALES exam in the internationally accepted "Graduate Record Examination" (GRE) or Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT), which are considered equivalent to the LES exam by the Interuniversity Board, are also evaluated. In the admission of students to graduate programs; ALES score, undergraduate grade point average and interview result are evaluated.

-The original or certified copy of the undergraduate diploma
-Original or certified copy of the undergraduate transcript (transcript)
-ALES result document
-Photocopy of Identity Card
-Photo (2 Pieces)

- ALES result document for thesis program applications;

At least 55 points in the Equal Weight score type

-Applicants will be selected in order of success.
