2. To train technicians capable of assessing the effects of environmental factors on human health and planning and implementing measures to minimize these risks.

3. To educate professionals who possess knowledge of national and international environmental laws and standards, and who are equipped to participate in environmental inspection processes.

4. To cultivate technicians who have ethical values and a strong sense of responsibility within the framework of environmental protection, sustainable development, and the protection of public health.
