"Full Time Fixed Term" in Corporate Communication Unit Announcement for Students Who Want to Work in Status
We are looking for ÜSKÜDAR UNIVERSITY students to work in the Corporate Communication unit with "Full Time Fixed Term" status during the Preference and Promotion Days of our university(July 26 - August 20, 2021).
For students who will work in all campuses of our university:
Areas of Responsibility:
- Assisting high school prospective students and parents of prospective students in the promotion process of the university in organizations and office work for the promotion of ÜSKÜDAR UNIVERSITY's associate degree and undergraduate programs
- Assisting in the promotion process of the university, digitally planned promotional activities for students who cannot reach the university in person.
- Assisting in the day-to-day running of the office
- To make and follow up information entries with the established data system
Wanted Qualifications:
- Familiar with MS Office programs
- Strong communication skills, especially high persuasion skills
- Attention to detail and friendly
- Prone to teamwork
- Willing to work for ÜSKÜDAR UNIVERSITY
Points to be considered in applications:
Students who will apply
- They have started their undergraduate or associate degree education
- Passed the preparatory class
- Grade point average not below 2.00
- Have not been suspended for the 2020-2021 academic year
- They must not have received any disciplinary penalty.
- Students who will work full-time will be insured;
- The insurance they receive through their parents is deducted.
- If there is a salary they receive through their parents, it will be interrupted.
- They cannot benefit from opportunities such as green passports or orphan salaries.
- The Institution has no responsibility in these cases.
- They cannot do compulsory or optional internship at another institution.
- For those who receive a KYK scholarship or contribution loan, they must apply to the Credit and Dormitories Institution before applying.
- They should consult with the relevant persons at the institution.
Documents required for students whose employment is finalized:
- Completion of bank transactions, salary account
- Students who do not have Yapı Kredi Bank Ümraniye Branch account; Opening a Yapı Kredi Bank Ümraniye Branch account
- (If any) Providing Yapı Kredi / Ümraniye account number information
- Photocopy of identity card (back to front)
- Employment contract (to be signed at the Corporate Communications Directorate)

*Interviews with the applicant students will take place on the Zoom platform. Information on the subject will be provided by the Corporate Communication Directorate.
