In previous years, the university preference guide was published in June. Since the exam system has changed this year, the preference guide is expected to be published in June again. However, due to newly opened universities, if the guide is not published in June, it is expected to be published in July.
For Candidates Who Will Make University Preferences
Candidates who will make a university choice must exceed the threshold for associate and undergraduate degrees. Candidates must exceed the 150 threshold for associate degree and 180 threshold for undergraduate. If the candidate who will make a preference is below the relevant thresholds, he/she does not have the right to make a preference. In addition, candidates who exceed the threshold score must have sufficient success ranking in the departments and programs they will prefer. Because the scores obtained in the university exam may vary according to the difficulty and ease of the exams. However, these variations will decrease even more in success rankings. As in every year, the ranking of success in the fields of medicine, law, architecture, engineering and teaching will be applied in the same way.

Also, since the exam system has changed, the exam results will be announced on July 31st this year. Therefore, the university preference notification process will start in the first week of August until mid-August. As in previous years, the candidate will make 24 choices this year.
