Within the framework of the curriculum of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics, applications related to the preparation, cooking and serving of foods and teaching the changes that occur in the structure, macro and micronutrient content of foods during these applications are carried out in the Nutrition Principles Applications Laboratory.

Üsküdar University Faculty of Health Sciences, Department of Nutrition and Dietetics has 7 benches of 3 meters in length and each bench has the necessary equipment for these applications in the Nutrition Principles Applications Laboratory, which has the necessary equipment and equipment for the applications to be carried out in accordance with the curriculum.
