"Youth Mental Health Interview" was held in cooperation with Üsküdar University Faculty of Health Sciences and Ümraniye District Health Directorate. Psychologist Zehra Ağır participated in the interview as a speaker. Ağır, talked about the importance of continuing in life without contemplating on the past and having a positive attitude towards the future. At the same time, she pointed out that looking at things positively brings the positive.

Üsküdar University Faculty of Health Sciences Dean Prof. Arif Aktuğ Ertekin, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences Asst. Prof. Tuğba Yılmaz Esencan, academicians and students participated in the event.
In the interview, which attracted great attention, the ways to increase psychological resilience was focused.

Emphasizing that the young generation should never lose hope, Psychologist Zehra Ağır made suggestions to young people in her speed. Ağır expressed that "Do not lose hope. "A positive outlook brings a positive outlook"
Talking about the importance of continuing without contemplating on the past in life and having a positive attitude towards the future, Ağır stated that "Look at the whole picture, look at your life as a whole. Life is very long, and you are in a long marathon. The past is just the preparatory stage. Look at it as positively as possible. A positive outlook brings a positive outlook."
