A “Youth Mental Health Interview” was held in cooperation with Üsküdar University Faculty of Health Sciences and Ümraniye District Health Directorate. Psychologist Zehra Ağır participated as a speaker in the interview. Ağır spoke about the importance of moving forward without dwelling on the past and adopting a positive attitude towards the future in life. She also pointed out that looking at events positively brings positive outcomes.
The interview, held at Üsküdar University NP Health Campus İbni Sina Auditorium, was attended by Üsküdar University Faculty of Health Sciences Dean Prof. Dr. Arif Aktuğ Ertekin, Faculty of Health Sciences Assistant Dean Dr. Lecturer Tuğba Yılmaz Esencan, academicians, and students.
During the well-attended interview, ways to increase psychological resilience were highlighted.

Emphasizing that the younger generation should never lose hope in her speech, Psychologist Zehra Ağır offered advice to young people. Ağır said; “Don't lose your hope. Stay away from people who want to inject hopelessness into you. Trees do not give up blooming, neither should you.”
“Looking at things positively brings positive outcomes”
Ağır, who spoke about the importance of moving forward in life without dwelling on the past and adopting a positive attitude towards the future; “Look at the bigger picture, at your life in general. Life is very long, and you are in a long marathon. The past is just a preparation phase. Look at things as positively as possible. Looking at things positively brings positive outcomes.”
