Collage exhibition by Visual Communication Design department students…

A collage exhibition was organized by 1st-year students of the Visual Communication Design department at Üsküdar Üniversitesi Faculty of Communication. The exhibition, held as part of the 2024 Spring Semester GİT106 Basic Design course, attracted great interest. Students' free collage works were created by arranging various materials in a composition to convey a specific narrative. 

The exhibition was held in the lobby area of Block A at Üsküdar Üniversitesi South Campus. 

The exhibition, featuring original designs by 1st-year students of the Visual Communication Design department, was met with great interest by students and academicians.

Students carried out free collage applications as part of their creative art studies. In works made with various materials such as newspapers, posters, labels, photographs, mirrors, and fabrics, the power of composition and expression came to the forefront.

In projects featuring both two-dimensional and three-dimensional works, designs that enriched the perception of depth stood out. Throughout the process, students gained skills in material recognition and using different materials together, while also being aimed at developing original perspectives.
