Visit to Rector Güngör from the Chamber of Tradesmen and Artisans

Associate Professor Dr. Cem Tutar, Member of Üsküdar City Council Executive Board and Head of the Animation and Cartoon Department, Faculty of Communication, Üsküdar University, along with Terlan Kaya, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Istanbul Chamber of Tradesmen and Artisans for Stage, Screen, Film, and Entertainment Venues, visited Üsküdar University Rector Prof. Dr. Nazife Güngör in her office. Kaya invited Prof. Dr. Nazife Güngör to the event to be held as part of the Ahi Community Week on October 16. 

During the visit, topics such as tradesmen who have been artisans in Üsküdar for many years, women's labor, and the world of culture and art were discussed.

Terlan Kaya, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Istanbul Chamber of Tradesmen and Artisans for Stage, Screen, Film, and Entertainment Venues, invited Rector Prof. Dr. Nazife Güngör to the event to be held as part of the Ahi Community Week on October 16. 

Potential Projects Discussed

During the visit, discussions were also held on potential collaborations and projects at the intersection of Üsküdar University, Üsküdar City Council, and the Chamber of Tradesmen and Artisans, within the scope of social contribution efforts. 

A More Comprehensive Meeting Also Agreed Upon

It was agreed to meet for a more comprehensive meeting in the future, which will also include Prof. Dr. Gül Esra Atalay, Dean of the Faculty of Communication at Üsküdar University.

Afterward, Terlan Kaya presented a gift to Prof. Dr. Nazife Güngör.
