Üsküdar University Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences, Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics students Ekin Yaşar and Özgenur Bülbül achieved significant success in the “Turn Your Idea into an Initiative” competition organized by Marmara Teknokent (MARTEK). The young entrepreneurs completed the competition with second place with their developed “VitisIno” initiative. The students, who attracted attention with their innovative projects based on scientific foundations, successfully represented Üsküdar University in the entrepreneurship ecosystem.

Second Place from Young Üsküdar Entrepreneurs in 'MARTEK' Competition!

The “Turn Your Idea into an Initiative” competition, organized by Marmara Teknokent (MARTEK) to support young entrepreneurs, bring innovative business ideas together with the business world, and promote an entrepreneurial culture, attracted great interest again this year.
Throughout the three-day program, participants had the opportunity to present their projects to expert jury members and develop their business ideas.
They Achieved Second Place with the “VitisIno” Initiative
Üsküdar University Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences, Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics final year students Ekin Yaşar and Özgenur Bülbül attracted attention in the competition with their developed “VitisIno” initiative.
The project, which won the appreciation of the jury members with its scientific infrastructure, innovative approach, and entrepreneurial potential, achieved significant success by coming in second place in the competition.
