Üsküdar University is Türkiye champion for the second time in basketball!

Üsküdar University Men's Basketball Team, defeating Yaşar University 91-84 in the final of the ÜNİLİG Summer Sports Games Basketball Türkiye Championship to claim the championship, succeeded in becoming Türkiye's greatest for the second time. With this success, Üsküdar University will represent Türkiye in the European Universities Basketball Championship next year.

Üsküdar University Men's Basketball Team rose to the top once again as the Türkiye champion in the ÜNİLİG Summer Sports Games Basketball Türkiye Championship, organized by the Turkish University Sports Federation. Üsküdar University, defeating Yaşar University 91-84 in the final, achieved a significant success by winning the Türkiye championship for the second time in its history.

They were also Türkiye champions two years ago

Üsküdar University, which also won the Türkiye championship two years ago, reiterated its consistent rise in inter-university basketball by repeating this success. With the championship title, Üsküdar University also gained the right to represent Türkiye in the European Universities Basketball Championship to be held next year.

In the organization where successful teams from different universities in Türkiye competed, Üsküdar University, which displayed an effective performance throughout the tournament, showed a superior game against Yaşar University in the final match. Üsküdar University, winning the highly contested match 91-84, took the championship trophy to its museum.

In the men's category, Yaşar University came in second, and Atatürk University placed third.

Eyes turned to the European Universities Basketball Championship

Üsküdar is also Türkiye Champion in Futsal!

Üsküdar University Futsal Team achieved a historic success by becoming the Türkiye Champion in the 2025-2026 Men's Indoor Football Türkiye Championship held in Adana, hosted by Çukurova University. The team, which attracted attention with its effective performance from the group stage to the final, became the Türkiye Champion by defeating its opponent Atatürk University 5-4 in the final match.
