Face-to-face and field training was held for AFAD volunteers by the Istanbul Provincial Disaster and Emergency Directorate and the Küçükçekmece District Governorship. Lecturer Recep Yılmaz from the Electroneurophysiology Program participated in the training on behalf of Üsküdar University Vocational School of Health Services (SHMYO). Yılmaz received training in theoretical and practical application areas.

Lecturer Recep Yılmaz from the Electroneurophysiology Program of Üsküdar University Vocational School of Health Services (SHMYO) participated in the training given to AFAD volunteers.


Yılmaz, who participated voluntarily in this training and received education in theoretical and practical application areas, successfully completed the five-day program.

Yılmaz developed his intervention skills for disasters and emergencies
Throughout the training process, detailed information was provided to participants on topics such as disaster and emergency preparedness, intervention methods, and field applications.

The five-day training program stood out as a step towards AFAD's goal of increasing societal resilience and developing rapid response capacity for disasters.
