Üsküdar University Students Visit AFAD

During the technical trip, comprehensive training on emergency and disaster management was provided by AFAD officials.
After the training, a useful drill was conducted in the earthquake simulation regarding what students should do during an earthquake.

Subsequently, technical devices used in emergency and disaster situations were introduced and made available for students to practice with. Students used these technical devices to conduct drills for rescuing people trapped under debris.
Finally, practical training was conducted in the flood simulation on how students should act in the event of a flood.
Lecturer Tuğçe Yılmaz Karan, who organized the technical trip, expressed that they were fortunate to receive practical training with their students and thanked AFAD officials.
