Üsküdar University Students' 14 Projects Received Research Support from TÜBİTAK!

Within the scope of the TÜBİTAK 2209-A University Students Research Projects Support Program, Üsküdar University undergraduate students' 14 projects were deemed eligible for support by TÜBİTAK.


 

The aim of the TÜBİTAK 2209-A Program is to encourage undergraduate students studying at universities to conduct research through projects. 

Out of the 14 undergraduate research projects supported by the TÜBİTAK 2209-A Program, 8 belong to students from the Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences, and 6 to students from the Faculty of Health Sciences.

 From the Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences, a total of 8 student projects were deemed eligible for support, comprising 6 from the Molecular Biology and Genetics Department, 1 from the Bioengineering Department, and 1 from the Forensic Sciences Department.  

Five of the projects supported in the field of Molecular Biology and Genetics are also continuing as research projects within TRGENMER (Transgenic Cell Technologies and Epigenetics Application and Research Center), under the co-advisorship of Dr. Cihan Taştan, the Center Director.
