Üsküdar University, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Department of Political Science, International Relations and History undergraduate student Buğra Bekir Işılak has been awarded a full scholarship to pursue a master's degree in the Department of International Relations at the St. Petersburg State University of the Russian Federation within the scope of MEB Foreign Governments.
