Üsküdar University has achieved another significant success among international universities in research, innovation, and societal impact rankings. According to the ranking conducted by Scimago Rankings through the Scopus database, Üsküdar University, with the societal impact of its scientific output, not only entered the ranking in 2023 as Turkey's 4th private university but also succeeded in becoming the 1st university showing the most development in Turkey. At the same time, Üsküdar University ranked 3rd in Turkey with its work in the field of basic sciences.

Üsküdar University, with the societal impact of its scientific output, not only entered the ranking in 2023 as Turkey's 4th private university but also succeeded in becoming the 1st university showing the most development in Turkey.
At the same time, Üsküdar University, which contributed to new knowledge production related to the Sustainable Development Goals defined by the United Nations, women's participation in research processes, and the use of scientific study results in the formation or improvement of public policies, ranked high with its work in medicine, psychiatry, psychology, biochemistry, molecular biology, and genetics, while ranking 3rd in Turkey with its work in the field of basic sciences.
Had become the 2nd most developing private university
Üsküdar University, which conducts scientific activities focused on university-industry-public-society cooperation with the mission of not just producing knowledge for society but producing knowledge with society, had previously ranked in the top 10 among private universities in Turkey in the “Research Index” ranking as of 2022, becoming the 2nd most developing private university in 2022 with its remarkable development in the innovation index, and the 2nd most effective university with its work in the field of basic sciences.
