Üsküdar University participated in the “APAIE 2026” Higher Education Conference and Exhibition, considered one of the most comprehensive and prestigious higher education events in the Asia-Pacific region. Within this scope, Üsküdar University took its place in the “Study in Türkiye” pavilion organized under the coordination of the Turkish National Agency, having the opportunity to increase its visibility in the field of international higher education. Simultaneously, contact was established with more than 50 universities within the framework of bilateral meetings held during the fair.

The conference, held this year in Hong Kong, was attended by Dr. Peyman Jaferi, Head of International Relations Office, and Gürkan Dinçer, Erasmus Institutional Coordinator.

Global higher education gathering…
Bringing together higher education institutions from around the world, the APAIE Conference and Exhibition was held this year with the participation of hundreds of universities and thousands of attendees from more than 60 countries. The event provided an important platform for the development of international academic and administrative collaborations.

Üsküdar University took its place in the “Study in Türkiye” pavilion organized under the coordination of the Turkish National Agency, having the opportunity to increase its visibility in the field of international higher education. While strengthening its promotional activities on a global scale, the university also took significant steps to expand its international network.



Contact established with more than 50 universities
Within the framework of bilateral meetings held during the fair, Üsküdar University established contact with more than 50 higher education institutions. Productive discussions were held with university representatives from various geographies regarding the development of existing collaborations and the establishment of new academic partnerships.

Additionally, participants were also presented with the works penned by President of Üsküdar University, Psychiatrist, Author Prof. Nevzat Tarhan.


Collaborations with the Asia-Pacific region targeted
In line with its internationalization vision, Üsküdar University aims to develop collaborations particularly with higher education institutions in the Asia-Pacific region. The contacts made in this context are expected to contribute to strengthening the university's global academic network.
