Uskudar University, is the Undefeated Istanbul Champion

In the University League organized by the Turkish University Sports Federation (TÜSF), Uskudar University Women's Volleyball Team became the Istanbul Champion without losing a match in the group matches.

Uskudar University, which faced Yeditepe University, Istanbul University and MEF University in the Inter-University Volleyball 1st League Istanbul group, where 16 teams competed in four groups, did not lose a match. The Sultans of Uskudar University, under the direction of Şaban Çıbık who gave only 1 set to Yeditepe University in the group matches, advanced to the final by beating Yeni Yuzyil University 3-0 in the quarter-finals and KocUniversity 3-1 in the semi-finals. The Uskudar representative, who faced his strong rival Dogus University in the final, won this match 3-2 and became the Istanbul Champion.
