The Council of Higher Education (YÖK) evaluated 208 universities in Turkey across the categories of Education and Training, Research and Development, Project and Publication, Internationalization, Sustainability, and Community Service and Social Responsibility. It announced the University Monitoring and Evaluation General Report 2023 based on their contributions to higher education and the progress they made. According to this report, Üsküdar University joined the ranks of universities showing stable performance. It was also among the top 3 universities that showed the most improvement in the Open Access (Açık Erişim) publication rate.

Üsküdar University in Top 3 for 'Open Access Publication' Rate
According to the Council of Higher Education’s 2023 University Monitoring and Evaluation General Report, Üsküdar University;
- was among the top 3 universities showing the most improvement in our Open Access (Açık Erişim) publication rate.
- ranked first among the top 3 universities showing stable development in the distribution of universities by non-central budget income rate,
- ranked second among universities showing stable development according to the rate of students benefiting from education scholarships,
- ranked third among universities showing stable development when calculations were made considering their own past data.
