At Üsküdar Üniversitesi, which is aware of the importance of female employment in business life, an examination of academic staff data revealed that the number of female employees is higher than that of male employees.

It was determined that the ratio of female academic staff in the institution is 53.32%, while the ratio of male staff is 46.68%.

The results did not change in the administrative structure of the institution, which has a female-dominated population in academia.
