Dr. Hacer Fulya Üçem from Üsküdar University Faculty of Dentistry (English), Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, completed the Turkish translation editorship of the 7th edition of 'Orofacial Pain: Clinical Assessment, Diagnosis, and Treatment Guide,' one of the most respected reference sources worldwide from the American Academy of Orofacial Pain. Published in Turkish, this work addresses a significant need in the field and stands as the first edited resource in Turkey to cover neurological and psychiatric perspectives in orofacial pain. 

Among the editors of the book are DMD Professor Dr. Gary D. Klasser from the Department of Clinical Sciences, School of Dentistry, Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans, Louisiana, and DDS, PhD, Clinical Professor, Director of the Brotman Facial Pain Clinic, Dr. Marcela Romero Reyes from the Department of Neural and Pain Sciences, School of Dentistry, University of Maryland, Baltimore. The Turkish translation editorship was carried out by Dr. Lecturer Hacer Fulya Üçem. 

The book, also solely edited by Dr. Üçem, stands as the first edited resource in Turkey to encompass neurological and psychiatric perspectives in the field of orofacial pain. 

In her evaluation regarding the publication of the work, Dr. Hacer Fulya Üçem used the following expressions:
