Üsküdar University participated in the 6th Istanbul University Promotion Days Fair organized by Education Institutions Equipment and Technologies (EKET) Fair Organization. At the fair held on January 9-10, 2024, at the Istanbul Lütfi Kırdar Congress and Exhibition Center, Üsküdar academics and preference counselors answered all questions prospective university students had.
The Istanbul University Preference Fair, organized by EKET Fair Organization, brought together thousands of candidates again this year.
At the fair, Üsküdar University's preference center received intense interest from candidates this year, as in previous years.
Üsküdar University preference counselors and academics met with candidates
At the EKET Fair, held free of charge at the Istanbul Lütfi Kırdar Congress and Exhibition Center for prospective university students, candidates had the opportunity to meet face-to-face with Üsküdar University academics and preference counselors for 2 days regarding university and department preferences.
In this context, prospective university students were provided with information about departments, faculties, scholarship opportunities, and programs within Üsküdar University.
Department promotion talks were held
As part of the Istanbul University Promotion Days, a seminar program and department promotion talks were held.
During the department promotion talks, which focused on ‘Introduction to Faculty of Medicine and Introduction to Psychology’, Üsküdar University Faculty of Medicine 2nd-year student Hatice Boran and Psychology (English) 2nd-year student Kevser Nur Kaya met with candidates, sharing their experiences and the opportunities offered by Üsküdar.
The program was moderated by Actor and Voice Actor Onur Yar.
Within this framework, all questions asked by prospective university students were answered, and information was provided to candidate students.
