Face-to-face and field training for AFAD volunteers was held by the Istanbul Provincial Disaster and Emergency Directorate and the Küçükçekmece District Governorate. On behalf of Üsküdar University Vocational School of Health Services (VSHS), Electroneurophysiology Program Instructor Recep Yılmaz participated. Yılmaz received training in the fields of theoretical and practical application.

Yılmaz, who received training in the fields of theoretical and practical application in this training, which he attended voluntarily, successfully completed the five-day program.

Yılmaz improved his disaster and emergency response skills

During the training process, detailed information was provided to the participants on topics such as disaster and emergency preparedness, response methods and field applications.

The five-day training program drew attention as a step towards AFAD's aim to increase social resilience and improve its capacity to respond quickly to disasters.
