In cooperation with Üsküdar University and Ümraniye District Governorship, a “Training on the Use of Artificial Intelligence Tools” program was held for the district governorship personnel. The training addressed the effective use of artificial intelligence technologies in public services and their contribution to digital transformation processes.
Üsküdar University organized a “Training on the Use of Artificial Intelligence Tools” program for the staff of Ümraniye District Governorship, with the aim of supporting digital transformation in public institutions and increasing the technological competencies of personnel.
The training program, held in the Ümraniye District Governorship Conference Hall, aimed to develop a faster, more effective, and citizen-oriented service approach in public services.
The Impact of Digital Transformation on Public Services Was Discussed
In the training, which was also attended by Ümraniye District Governor Yüksel Çelik, the application areas of artificial intelligence technologies in public institutions, their integration into business processes, and the impact of digital transformation on public services were comprehensively addressed.
AI-Supported Applications Were Introduced
The training program was delivered by Dr. Mehmet Kaan İldiz, Lecturer at Üsküdar University Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences, Department of Software Engineering (English), and Digital Transformation Coordinator Murat Gülşen.
Within the scope of the program, while it was conveyed how artificial intelligence-based applications can be integrated into daily work life, exemplary applications aimed at increasing time and resource efficiency in public services were shared.
Artificial Intelligence Was Discussed Under Many Different Headings
During the training;
- Effective and secure use of artificial intelligence tools in public services,
- Integration of digital transformation processes into corporate structures, and
- Topics such as the role of artificial intelligence in decision support mechanisms were emphasized.
Participants, in addition to theoretical explanations, had the opportunity to gain practical information about digital solutions that can be used in daily work processes.

At the end of the program, while participants' questions were answered, the contributions that artificial intelligence technologies will provide to public administration and the importance of digitalization processes were evaluated.
The training provided is aimed to contribute to the widespread adoption of innovative applications in public services and to the digital transformation efforts carried out within Ümraniye District Governorship.
