Üsküdar University and NPİSTANBUL Hospital Among Türkiye’s Leading Institutions in Service Exports

Üsküdar University and NPİSTANBUL Hospital achieved significant success in the 2024 Service Export Champions evaluation announced by the Service Exporters’ Association. In the assessment conducted in the service sectors, which are the rising power of the Turkish economy, Üsküdar University ranked among the top 5 in Türkiye in the Education Services category, while its application and science partner NPİSTANBUL Hospital ranked 12th in Türkiye in the Health Services category.

The 7th Service Exporters’ Association Award Ceremony, where Türkiye’s top service exporters of last year were honored, was held at the TIM Foreign Trade Complex with the participation of the Minister of Trade, Ömer Bolat.

Two major achievements in education and healthcare services

The ranking achieved by Üsküdar University reveals the strong international interest in its qualified education services, while the success of its application and science partner NPİSTANBUL Hospital once again confirmed Türkiye’s strong position in healthcare services and health tourism.

Emphasis on social contribution and economic value

The success of both institutions stands as an important indicator in terms of social contribution, scientific production, quality service approach, and the added value provided to the national economy.
While Üsküdar University ranked 5th in Türkiye in the Education Services category, its application and science partner NPİSTANBUL Hospital ranked 12th in Türkiye in the Health Services category.

As two important institutions representing Türkiye’s rising power in the global service sector, Üsküdar University and NPİSTANBUL Hospital continue to carry out their international activities in this context.

Congratulatory message from HİB President Avdagiç

In his congratulatory letter sent to Üsküdar University and NPİSTANBUL Hospital, HİB Chairman of the Board Şekib Avdagiç expressed his thanks for their valuable contributions to the national economy and emphasized the importance of this achievement.

Stating that the 60 companies that received awards in 20 categories were the brightest and strongest links in this chain of success throughout 2024, Avdagiç also noted that the steady rise of both institutions in service exports is a major gain for Türkiye.
