Our Doctoral Student Kemal Başaranoğlu Receives 'Best Entrepreneurship Book of the Year' Award

Üsküdar Üniversitesi Neuroscience Master's (2025) graduate and Neuroscience PhD program student, author Kemal Başaranoğlu, was honored with the 'Best Entrepreneurship Book of the Year Award' at the Platin Magazine 2025 Business Books Awards for his book “Ignite Your Potential - You Are Much More Than You Think”.

Üsküdar Üniversitesi Neuroscience Master's (2025) graduate and Neuroscience PhD program student, author Kemal Başaranoğlu, was honored with the 'Best Entrepreneurship Book of the Year Award' at the Platin Magazine 2025 Business Books Awards for his book “Ignite Your Potential - You Are Much More Than You Think”.

Kemal Başaranoğlu, with 15 years of corporate management experience and the title of ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC), is one of the professionals who aim to unleash the potential of leaders and entrepreneurs through scientifically based methods. His book “Ignite Your Potential - You Are Much More Than You Think” serves as a guide for professionals who struggle to make critical decisions in the business world.

Kemal Başaranoğlu, who translates theory into practice on human potential, is the author of three books, including "Ignite Your Potential," which won the "Best Entrepreneurship Book of the Year" award at the 2025 Platin Magazine Business Books Awards. 

Başaranoğlu, who writes articles for platforms such as Harvard Business Review, Choice-Online, and Business Diplomacy, regularly produces content on human potential on Linkedin, Instagram, Youtube, and Spotify.

The Book Helps Find Answers to Questions

In his book, which synthesizes the experiences he gained throughout his 25-year career, Başaranoğlu poses the following questions to readers:

Meanwhile, the Platin Magazine Business Books Awards are considered one of Turkey’s most prestigious business book awards. The awards were presented to their recipients at a ceremony held on October 23, 2025, at the Rami Library.
