Uskudar University shared the results of its ‘Feedback Survey’ for the 2024-2025 academic year. When the survey results were compared with the Turkey University Experience Research conducted by the Council of Higher Education, it was observed that students were highly satisfied with the services offered at Uskudar University. The survey highlights the university's high performance in many areas such as digital platforms, infrastructure, security, cultural and artistic activities, catering services, psychological counseling, and services for students with disabilities. Students particularly expressed high satisfaction with the security and quality of services provided by the university.
Easy access to department information via mobile applications!
According to the results of the feedback survey, 80% of students gave a positive response to the question, “The active use of communication channels such as social media, website, mobile application, and TV, and their information activities are sufficient.” This rate shows that Uskudar University exhibited a highly successful performance in digital platforms and communication channels. Students emphasized that they could easily access department information through the university's mobile application.
High satisfaction with infrastructure facilities!
Uskudar University students stated that they are highly satisfied with the infrastructure facilities of the classrooms, such as heating, lighting, and cleanliness. According to the survey results, 82% of students gave a positive answer to the question, “All classrooms (heating, lighting, cleaning) are sufficient in terms of infrastructure facilities.”
88% of students feel safe!
The survey results showed that Uskudar University students have a very high level of satisfaction regarding campus security. In the ‘Feedback Survey’, 88% of students responded positively to the question, “Security services at the campus where I receive education are sufficient,” finding the university safe.
The survey results emphasized that security services are sufficient and effective, and this outcome stood out as an indicator of the university's student-oriented approach and meticulous work in the area of security.
Rich cultural and artistic experiences take center stage!
Uskudar University prioritizes not only academic success but also offering rich cultural and artistic experiences to its students. Artistic, cultural, and scientific events organized on face-to-face and online platforms to support students' social development are highly appreciated.
According to the survey results, 75% of students gave a positive response to the question, “Artistic, cultural, and scientific events organized face-to-face and online are satisfying and sufficient.
Artistic events and cultural organizations enable students to unleash their creativity, get acquainted with different cultures, and act with a sense of social responsibility.
Students are also very satisfied with food and cleanliness!
The high satisfaction with food services and cleanliness revealed the university's meticulous approach and the importance it places on its students' needs. In this context, 82% of respondents in the survey gave a positive answer to the question, “Physical conditions (cleanliness, lighting, heating) for food and cafeteria services are suitable.” Students showed satisfaction with the physical conditions of the university's food and cafeteria services.
Additionally, regarding cleanliness, 87% positive feedback was received from Uskudar University students on “the cleanliness of toilets.
Psychological counseling and guidance services are a priority!
Uskudar University has made psychological counseling and guidance services a significant priority. In this regard, students pointed out that guidance and psychological counseling services are accessible and sufficient. 80% of students gave a positive response to the question, “Guidance and psychological counseling services are accessible and sufficient.”
Disability is not a barrier at Uskudar!
Uskudar University has made significant progress in the services it offers to students with disabilities. It aims to continuously improve its infrastructure and provide the best opportunities for students to make the educational lives of individuals with disabilities more accessible.
According to the survey, 85% of participants gave a positive response to the question, “Service areas are designed considering the situation of individuals with disabilities,” demonstrating the university's efforts in this area.

In the surveys conducted, 79% of participants gave a positive response to the question, “R&D, laboratory, and practical application areas are accessible and sufficient.” This rate once again highlighted Uskudar University's quality in scientific research and applied education, and the opportunities it offers to students.
