This membership marks an important milestone in strengthening the university’s collaboration with the European academic community within the framework of its internationalization vision.
By taking a significant step to strengthen its position in the field of international higher education, Üsküdar University has been officially accepted as a member of the European University Association (EUA).

The university’s membership application was approved at the latest meeting of the EUA Council, making Üsküdar University one of the official members of the EUA, which represents one of the largest and most influential networks in the European higher education area.

Üsküdar’s global university journey continues to gain momentum
The European University Association (EUA), which operates with the goal of enhancing quality, cooperation, and academic standards across the European higher education area, represents the continent’s largest and most influential higher education network, bringing together over 900 universities and rectors’ conferences from more than 49 countries.
As a strategic partner in the formation of higher education policies before the European Commission and international organizations, the EUA unites some of the world’s most prestigious academic institutions under its roof.

Üsküdar University meets international academic standards
The official inclusion of Üsküdar University in this distinguished network, which already includes leading Turkish universities such as Boğaziçi, Middle East Technical University (METU), Koç, Sabancı, and Bilkent, is recognized as a significant confirmation that Üsküdar University meets international academic standards.
