At Üsküdar Üniversitesi, which is aware of the importance of women's employment in business life, an examination of academic staff data revealed that the number of women employees is higher than men.
The proportion of female academic staff at the institution was 53.32% in 2022, rising to 54% this year. The proportion of male staff was recorded as 46%.
The result did not change in the administrative structure of the institution, which has a female-dominated population in academia.

At the University, which makes a significant contribution to women's employment in Turkey, the number of female administrative staff has surpassed that of men. The institution, which supports women in managerial positions, saw the proportion of female administrative staff increase from 55.13% in 2022 to 56.07% in 2023. The proportion of male staff is observed to be 43.3% in 2023.
Üsküdar Üniversitesi's Human Resources Department significantly supports the employment of women employees with the aim of increasing internal diversity, ensuring gender equality in working life, attracting talented female professionals to the institution, and socio-economically supporting women.
