In the University League organized by the Turkish University Sports Federation (TÜSF), Üsküdar Üniversitesi Women's Volleyball Team became the Istanbul Champion by not losing a single match in the group stage.

In the Istanbul group of the Interuniversity Volleyball 1st League, where 16 teams competed in four groups, Üsküdar Üniversitesi, facing Yeditepe Üniversitesi, İstanbul Üniversitesi, and MEF Üniversitesi, did not lose a match. Üsküdar Üniversitesi's 'Sultans', under the management of Şaban Çıbık, who only conceded 1 set to Yeditepe Üniversitesi in the group matches, advanced to the final by defeating Yeni Yüzyıl Üniversitesi 3-0 in the quarterfinals and Koç Üniversitesi 3-1 in the semifinals. In the final, the Üsküdar representative, facing strong opponent Doğuş Üniversitesi, won this match 3-2 and became the Istanbul Champion.
With this result, Üsküdar Üniversitesi qualified to compete for promotion to the Turkcell Super League at the end of the Final Stage matches, which will be hosted by Afyon Kocatepe Üniversitesi between May 9-13.
