Üsküdar Üniversitesi BrainPark Incubation Center Women Entrepreneurs with their “Postpartum Crown Invention” and “Queen's Crown” team, and our “TRENDMINER” team in the “Turkish Natural Language Processing“ category, qualified for the TEKNOFEST Competition finals.
The preliminary evaluation report results for TEKNOFEST 2023 Human-Centered Technology Competition, Health and First Aid Category, and TEKNOFEST 2023 Turkish Natural Language Processing Competition have been announced!
The Postpartum Crown Invention, developed by Lect. Dr. Günay Arslan, Assist. Prof. Dr. Tuğba Yılmaz Esencan, Assist. Prof. Dr. Ayça Demir Yıldırım, and Onur Arslan, from the Faculty of Health Sciences, Midwifery Department of Üsküdar Üniversitesi, qualified for the finals.
The Üsküdar Üniversitesi team, application number 054948, applying as Queen's Crown, successfully passed the preliminary evaluation by scoring 83 out of a perfect 100 points.
Among the 151 teams that qualified for the PDR stage in the “University and Above Category,” the Queen's Crown team ranked 25th with 83 points.
Furthermore, our TRENDMINER team, comprising Assist. Prof. Dr. Nuri Bingöl, Head of the Üsküdar Üniversitesi Artificial Intelligence Engineering Master's Program Department; Gökhan Bakar, Faculty Member at Abdullah Gül University; Rıdvan Can Göymen, our graduate Master's student at Üsküdar Üniversitesi; and Hüseyin Ateş, our Master's student at Üsküdar Üniversitesi, qualified for the finals in the “Turkish Natural Language Processing“ category.
The significant successes achieved by Üsküdar Üniversitesi students and academics in TÜBİTAK projects continue with TEKNOFEST projects.
