A cooperation protocol was signed between Üsküdar Üniversitesi and the Institute of Integrated Knowledge (IIK). The protocol aims to foster cooperation in education and research, and to engage in mutually beneficial activities. The protocol, which thoroughly addressed the '5B Certificate Model,' also mentioned the inclusion of 'Being and Meaning' courses in the undergraduate and graduate programs of Üsküdar Üniversitesi's Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Department of Philosophy.
The cooperation protocol signing ceremony took place at the Senate Hall of Üsküdar Üniversitesi's Main Campus.
Üsküdar Üniversitesi's Founding Rector, Prof. Dr. Nevzat Tarhan, and Risale-i Nur Research Platform (RİNAP) Board Member, Prof. Dr. Alparslan Açıkgenç, participated in the protocol ceremony.
‘5B Certificate Model’ Discussed
In the program where the launch of the 5B model certificate program was discussed, it was emphasized that project design, promotion, and other processes must be managed meticulously. The Institute of Integrated Knowledge also stated that it would provide support in sharing necessary information regarding the 5B model. The target audience for the program was identified as trainers, faculty members, and researchers. The organization of an introductory program for Üsküdar Üniversitesi academics in the upcoming period was also among the topics discussed in the protocol.
International Conference on Holistic Science Came Up
Within the scope of the signed cooperation protocol, discussions were held about organizing an annual conference on holistic science. It was stated that the academic content of the conference would be determined by the Institute of Integrated Knowledge, while the organization would be provided by Üsküdar Üniversitesi. It was also mentioned that stakeholders from other countries would be invited to participate in the conference.
'Being and Meaning' Program Courses to Be Opened
The inclusion of 'Being and Meaning' courses in the undergraduate and graduate programs of Üsküdar Üniversitesi's Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Department of Philosophy, was one of the striking topics of the protocol. It was stated that the content of the courses and the teaching staff would be determined by the Institute of Integrated Knowledge. It was also emphasized that the courses would be open to both students and interested individuals from outside the university.
