Üsküdar Üniversitesi was deemed worthy of receiving all 17 labels it applied for, according to the results of the Impact Ranking 2024 by the global university ranking institution Times Higher Education (THE). While Üsküdar Üniversitesi ranked in the top 10 among foundation universities in all labels, it achieved 1st place in 2 labels and 3rd place in 5 labels. Our university entered the top 500 universities in the world rankings in 13 of the 17 labels it was awarded under the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) in 2023. Among foundation universities holding all 17 labels, it also succeeded in ranking 1st in Turkey in the Overall Rankings category.

The THE Impact Ranking 2024, conducted in October 2023, has been announced. Üsküdar Üniversitesi was deemed worthy of receiving all 17 labels it applied for.
According to the results, Üsküdar Üniversitesi, which was deemed worthy of receiving all 17 labels it applied for, increased its average score to 62.7 and made a 10 percent leap in the world rankings compared to last year, listing among the top 40 percent of 1963 institutions (universities or research institutes).

When Üsküdar Üniversitesi's 17 awarded labels were taken into account, it ranked among the top 500 universities globally through its label applications in 17 different areas, competing with other thematic universities that are highly ambitious worldwide in these fields, and demonstrated a 10% improvement compared to the previous year.

The "4-Quality Education" label aims to ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all. The ranking, conducted by Times Higher Education (THE) in line with the 17 sustainable development goals set by the United Nations, evaluates all university activities under these development goals in terms of research, education, administration, and strategies for having an impact beyond borders. According to the Overall Score results, obtained with 26% of the scores from the top 3 labels where universities received the highest points, combined with 22% from the 17th label, which is a mandatory application label, our university is listed from the 801st position in the world rankings for this metric as well.
