Üsküdar University continues to provide its students with international experience. Fourth-year students of the Faculty of Medicine took part in a 90-day internship program organized in cooperation with Azerbaijan Medical University, gaining valuable educational experience abroad.

They had the opportunity for practical training at the clinical psychiatry hospital
As part of the program, students received practical training at Clinical Psychiatry Hospital No. 2, enhancing their professional knowledge and skills. Actively participating in the hospital’s daily operations, the students had the chance to closely observe modern healthcare services and gain real clinical experience.

Specialist doctors provided support
During the internship program, Chief Psychiatrist Dr. Leyla Beshirova and Specialist Psychiatrist Dr. Sevinj Erebli contributed to and supported the students’ training process.

Üsküdar University’s Azerbaijan representation played a key role in the realization of the program, both contributing to the students’ educational journey and strengthening collaboration with local healthcare institutions.
