The "Son Duman" documentary film, prepared by Üsküdar University Faculty of Communication Radio, Television and Cinema Department students as part of their graduation project, reached the final in the Documentary Film category of the 33rd International Adana Golden Boll Film Festival National Student Film Competition. The film, in which students applied the knowledge and skills they gained during their academic education to a practical production process, achieved national competition success at the festival, one of Turkey's important cinema organizations. At the festival, which will take place between September 26th and October 4th, the finalist films will meet cinema enthusiasts. The competition results will be announced as part of the festival program.

Üsküdar University Faculty of Communication students continue to achieve success on national platforms with their works.
In this context, the "Son Duman" documentary film, prepared by the students as part of their graduation project, reached the final in the Documentary Film category of the 33rd International Adana Golden Boll Film Festival National Student Film Competition, organized by Adana Metropolitan Municipality.
Graduation project to compete at Altın Koza
The National Student Film Competition, organized within the scope of the International Adana Golden Boll Film Festival, one of Turkey's important cinema events, brings young filmmakers' works together with audiences and the industry.
The "Son Duman" documentary film was also realized as part of the graduation project of Üsküdar University Faculty of Communication Radio, Television and Cinema Department students. The project, in which students applied the knowledge and skills they gained during their academic education, achieved competition success at a national film festival.
Students took part in different stages of the production
Elfinnur Şişman directed the documentary, Zeynep Atasoy served as assistant director, and Seyit Nizam Yılmaz was the director of photography. Fatma Nur Keleş worked on the project's camera and editing, while Asst. Prof. Denizcan Kabaş served as the project's advisor.
The active participation of students in different stages of the production process was also important for the project in terms of practical training and production experience.

"Son Duman", which reached the final in the National Student Film Competition-Documentary Film category organized by Adana Metropolitan Municipality, will be presented to the jury for evaluation along with other finalist films within the scope of the festival.
At the festival, which will take place between September 26th and October 4th, the finalist films will meet cinema enthusiasts. The competition results will be announced as part of the festival program.
The fact that Üsküdar University Faculty of Communication Radio, Television and Cinema Department students reached the final in a national film festival constitutes an important example of their combining academic education with practical production processes and gaining professional experience in the field of cinema.
