Communication Faculty students won the Golden Compass award from the Turkish Public Relations Association (TÜHİD). The awards were presented at the 21st Golden Compass Award Ceremony.

Üsküdar Communication Receives Golden Compass Award
Beste Unan, Semih Çiftci, Hilal Gökçe Düzenli, and Asiye Aleyna Topal, students from the Public Relations Department of Üsküdar University's Communication Faculty, received the Golden Compass award for their project titled “Not a Waste, Breath!”, prepared under the mentorship of Dr. Lecturer Nejla Polat.
The award ceremony took place at Zorlu PSM on the evening of Wednesday, October 18. During the ceremony, Golden Compass awards were first presented to university students successful in the Young Communicators category. Subsequently, successful projects from the public relations sector were honored. Üsküdar Communication students received their awards from Assoc. Prof. Dr. Deniz Akbulut, Head of the Public Relations and Publicity Department, Communication Faculty, Istanbul Aydin University.

In addition to the students, Advisor Dr. Lecturer Nejla Polat, Head of the Public Relations and Publicity Department Assoc. Prof. Dr. Özge Uğurlu, and Dean of the Communication Faculty Prof. Dr. Süleyman İrvan also attended the award ceremony.
