Within the scope of the Peer Evaluation process carried out by Üsküdar University Quality Directorate, a site visit was conducted at the Faculty of Communication. In the exit statement shared at the end of the visit, evaluations regarding the faculty's prominent aspects and areas open for development were included.
Peer Evaluation Team at Üsküdar Communication Faculty
The team, with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Azime Karakoç Kumsar from the Nursing Department of the Faculty of Health Sciences as team leader, Dr. Lect. Burcu Dündar Ertemiz, Head of the Health Information Systems Technician Program at the Vocational School of Health Services, and Sena Erdoğan from the Quality Unit as evaluators, visited Üsküdar University Faculty of Communication.
The visit program began with a faculty presentation. In the first meeting, attended by the Department Heads, Dean of the Faculty of Communication Prof. Dr. Gül Esra Atalay gave a presentation providing detailed information about the Faculty of Communication and answered the evaluation team's questions. Subsequently, Prof. Dr. Süleyman İrvan, Head of the Faculty of Communication Quality Commission, along with Faculty Dean Prof. Dr. Gül Esra Atalay and Deputy Dean Dr. Lect. Ceren Saran, answered the evaluation team's questions regarding quality studies and provided information about the ongoing quality-related efforts at the faculty.
The evaluation team later also held meetings with faculty members, external stakeholders, and students.

Finally, as part of the facility visits, the computer laboratories and television studio were toured.
Exit Statement Signed
Following the meetings, the evaluation team prepared the exit statement. The exit statement, read during the meeting also attended by Dean of the Faculty of Communication Prof. Dr. Gül Esra Atalay, was signed, concluding the visit.
