Üsküdar University further deepened its international relations by strengthening its contacts in Azerbaijan. The delegation led by Üsküdar University Rector Prof. Dr. Nazife Güngör visited Baku State University (BDU), Azerbaijan's oldest university. Rector's Advisor, Prof. Dr. Gökben Hızlı Sayar, a faculty member of the Department of Psychology at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, delivered a seminar on “Attachment Theory and Interpersonal Psychotherapy”.
Rector's Advisor Prof. Dr. Gökben Hızlı Sayar, Üsküdar University International Relations Manager Dilber Aliyeva Gögsu, and Azerbaijan Office Representative Könül Hümbetova attended the visit.
Within the scope of the visit, comprehensive meetings were held with the Head of BDU Psychology Department, deans, and the management delegation. During the meetings, significant steps were taken to strengthen inter-university collaborations and develop mutual academic projects.

Prof. Dr. Gökben Hızlı Sayar delivered a seminar on “Attachment Theory and Interpersonal Psychotherapy” for the faculty members and students of the Baku State University Faculty of Psychology. Hızlısayar provided comprehensive information on the topic, enlivening her presentation with examples from her own life.
In this context, the seminar was conducted interactively in a question-and-answer format and garnered significant interest from the participants.
