Üsküdar Üniversitesi and Texas State University signed a good-will agreement. At the collaboration meeting held via Zoom, the design of online student exchange programs within the scope of internationally-oriented learning and internship-focused programs between the two universities was discussed.

Attending the meeting from Üsküdar Üniversitesi were Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Sevil Atasoy, Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Muhsin Konuk, Rector's Advisor Prof. Dr. Deniz Ülke Arıboğan, Assist. Prof. Dr. Gökser Gökçay from Political Science and International Relations, Director of International Relations Emre Üçsular, and Selim Övünç Altınkök, Manager of the International Relations and Exchange Programs Office.
From Texas State University, Dr. Daniel Wescott, Director of the Forensic Sciences and Anthropology Research Center, Dr. Mary Brennan, Dean of Social Sciences, Dr. Elizabeth Bishop from the History Department, and Rosario Davis, Director of International Relations, also attended the meeting.
At the meeting held, the future of virtual/online education in higher education was discussed in detail.
The possibility of designing virtual programs and, additionally, the positive evaluations of both parties regarding offering internationally-oriented learning and internship-focused programs to students of both universities were discussed.
