Üsküdar Üniversitesi Health, Culture and Sports Directorate and Music Club hosted the 'Bulut Atlası' group, formed by alumni students, at the event organized within the scope of May 19th Commemoration of Atatürk, Youth and Sports Day. At the event held via Instagram, the group members both talked about themselves and gave a mini-concert.

Ülke Talay, a master's student in the Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics, who moderated the event, handed the floor to the group members after wishing the participants a happy holiday.
Kaan Cengiz, the vocalist of the group, who graduated from the Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics last semester, said; “I am currently pursuing my master's degree in the Department of Physiology at Cerrahpaşa. I spent four years in the Üsküdar Üniversitesi music club, where I tried to be active, and we experienced many fun things.” Çağrı Ayçiçek, who stated that he graduated from Sakarya University's Department of Mechanical Engineering in 2017, mentioned that he joined the group after graduating. Kadir Yüksel, who graduated from Yeditepe University's Department of Economics last semester, said; “In Bulut Atlası, I am responsible for the drums, I handle the rhythm. Currently, I am involved in software work. My life is Bulut Atlası and work right now.”
“We have been composing professionally since 2017”
Kaan Cengiz, talking about their founding story, said; “Actually, our founding story started with Kadir. We talked with Kadir through a musician ad we saw online. Later, we played together in different groups. However, after a while, we decided to form our own group and make our own compositions. We developed each other. Then we formed the Bulut Atlası group. We have been composing professionally since 2017. Over time, we evolved into modern rock music in terms of style.”

“The pandemic was productive for us”
The group members answered the question of how they were affected by the pandemic as follows:
“When we couldn't perform, we turned to composing. During this period, we released six singles. We worked quite a bit on one of them. Overall, we can say that the pandemic was productive for us.”
“We want to continue the #ARTIKSUSMA project for a long time”
Kaan Cengiz, also speaking about the starting story of the #ARTIKSUSMA project, said; “Actually, the origin story is a topic that bothers everyone: violence against women, femicides, and abuse of women. Over time in Turkey, these incidents began to be unspoken. Incidents are increasing significantly, but they are not being talked about or acted upon. We wanted to do our part as much as we could. We hope that our efforts have reached somewhere. The project turned into a donation project, and through the collected donations, we reached women in need, and women and children who have experienced difficulties in these matters, through the 'Çocuklarımız İçin Söylüyoruz Derneği' (We Sing for Our Children Association) and 'Kadınlarla Dayanışma Vakfı (KADAV)' (Women's Solidarity Foundation). The project is ongoing, and we are open to donations. We want to continue it for as long as possible. Throughout the process, we generally saw that everyone was disturbed by this issue, but no one was talking about it. We talked to many brands and many companies. At first, everyone said, 'I will give a lot of support.' But afterwards, people held back due to fear of being political or being poorly perceived. However, there were also many people who helped, and we thank them once again here.”
The group then performed short excerpts from their popular songs Sistem, Bitmez Gece, and Ah Sensizlik, along with some of their new songs to be released.
