The “4th Women's Health and Diseases Nursing Workshop: Areas of Practice, Duties, Powers, and Responsibilities” was hosted by the Nursing Department of Marmara University Faculty of Health Sciences. Dr. Lecturer Nuriye Pekcan and Lect. Derya Deniz from Üsküdar University Faculty of Health Sciences, Nursing Department, participated in the workshop. During the workshop, studies were conducted to redefine and further detail the duties, powers, and responsibilities in the field of Women's Health and Diseases Nursing within a legal framework.

Dr. Lecturer Nuriye Pekcan participated in the "Gynecology Nursing" working group, while Lect. Derya Deniz took part in the "Perinatology Nursing" working group, contributing to the studies.
