The “Project Cycle Management Training” organized in collaboration with Üsküdar University and Ümraniye District Governorship contributed to the dissemination of a project-based approach in public services. Within the scope of the training, academic knowledge met field experience. At the certificate ceremony held at the end of the training, certificates were presented to the participants by Ümraniye District Governor Yüksel Çelik.

University-Public Collaboration Strengthens Project Culture

In the training program conducted by Üsküdar University Social Contribution Coordinator Dr. Lecturer Nebiye Yaşar, comprehensive information on project development processes was provided to managers and experts working in public institutions.
Within the scope of the program;
- Project development,
- Implementation,
- Monitoring and evaluation,
- Resource and risk management,
- Impact analysis and sustainability topics were discussed.

Academic knowledge met field experience
The training, which brought together academic knowledge and field experience, aimed to increase the institutional capacity of public institutions; and to create a measurable, impact-oriented, and sustainable project culture in public services.

Certificates were presented
At the certificate ceremony held at the end of the training, certificates were presented to the participants by Ümraniye District Governor Yüksel Çelik. The ceremony stood out as a strong example of university-public collaboration supported by concrete outcomes.
Quality in Public Projects to be Increased
The program carried out under the coordination of Üsküdar University is expected to increase quality in public projects, promote an interdisciplinary perspective, and contribute to generating social impact in the long term.
