TÜBİTAK to Support 32 More Projects by Üsküdar Üniversitesi Students

Within the scope of the TÜBİTAK 2209-A, 2209-B University Students Research Projects Support Program, a decision was made to support 32 projects by Üsküdar Üniversitesi students.

Stating that 8 Master's and 30 Undergraduate students continue their work in the TRGENMER team with 1 TÜSEB, 4 BAP, 3 Sponsor projects, 20 TÜBİTAK 2209-A, and 2 TÜBİTAK 2209-B projects, Dr. Lecturer Cihan Taştan said, “As the TRGENMER family, we are happy with our students' projects, which will investigate transgenic cell technology approaches for their graduation theses and can subsequently lead to articles and patents.” Taştan added,

“I owe my gratitude primarily to our beloved Founding Rector, Professor Nevzat Tarhan, and all our leading administrative faculty members for providing us with this exciting ecosystem and culture.”

Among the projects carried out under the consultancy of Dr. Lecturer Cihan Taştan are:

These projects are included.

On the other hand, Üsküdar Üniversitesi submitted 57 project applications to the TÜBİTAK 2209-A Student Projects Support Program in December 2021, and according to the published results list, a total of 32 projects (30 2209-A and 2 2209-B projects) were deemed eligible for support by TÜBİTAK.

The student, project, and advisor names included in the support program are as follows:

These projects and support are important for undergraduate students to gain research culture, enhance their project development, application, and management competencies, and to connect with the academic world with TÜBİTAK's support.
