A “Training of Trainers” course was held by Üsküdar University Faculty of Medicine. In the training, which brought together various expert faculty members in their fields, the paths trainers should follow and question preparation techniques were discussed. A healthy training process was discussed in the training led by Prof. Dr. Haydar Sur.

“Training of Trainers” Course Held at the Faculty of Medicine

A “Training of Trainers” course was held at Üsküdar University NP Health Campus.
As instructors in the training course, Prof. Dr. Haydar Sur, Dean of Üsküdar University Faculty of Medicine; Prof. Dr. Sema Arıcı, Dean of Biruni University Faculty of Medicine; Prof. Dr. Mustafa Bozbuğa, Head of the Department of Brain and Nerve Surgery at Üsküdar University Faculty of Medicine; Prof. Dr. İsmet Teoman Benli, Head of the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology at Üsküdar University Faculty of Medicine; and Urology Specialist Prof. Dr. Ali İhsan Taşçı participated.
Measurement, evaluation and question preparation techniques discussed
The first speech of the training of trainers program was delivered by Prof. Dr. Haydar Sur, Dean of Üsküdar University Faculty of Medicine.
Subsequently, presentations titled ‘Measurement, Evaluation, and Question Preparation Techniques in Education’ and ‘What and How Do We Learn?’ were delivered.

In the training held with limited participation, Prof. Dr. Sema Arıcı, Dean of Biruni University Faculty of Medicine, gave a presentation on ‘Case Discussion’, while Urology Specialist Prof. Dr. Ali İhsan Taşçı presented on ‘UÇEP and Learning Levels’.
Subsequently, after Prof. Dr. Mustafa Bozbuğa, Head of the Department of Brain and Nerve Surgery at Üsküdar University Faculty of Medicine, delivered his presentation titled ‘OSCE Written and Oral Exam Techniques’, the training concluded with a presentation by Prof. Dr. İsmet Teoman Benli, Head of the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology at Üsküdar University Faculty of Medicine.
