They earned support among 91 universities…

Üsküdar Üniversitesi Sustainable Development Club earned the right to receive a grant among 91 university clubs with the “Sürdür Çocuk Project” in the 2022 BP Gelişim Seninle Social Projects Competition. The Sustainable Development Club took a step closer to realizing its projects with the “Sürdür Çocuk Project” it put forth.


“Sürdür Çocuk Project aims to raise awareness in children”

The Sustainable Development Club from Üsküdar Üniversitesi applied to the 2022 BP Gelişim Seninle Social Projects Competition with a remarkable project. In the competition they applied to with the “Sürdür Çocuk Project”, the young Üsküdar residents set out to create awareness and consciousness for a “Sustainable Green Future” by targeting children with the motto “Conscious Child, Conscious Society”.

Prof. Dr. Nevzat Tarhan: “Curiosity, enthusiasm, and passion are very important in projects”

While the student project executors met with Üsküdar Üniversitesi Founding Rector, Psychiatrist Prof. Dr. Nevzat Tarhan, Tarhan congratulated the successful students. Making evaluations about the 2022 BP Gelişim Seninle Social Projects Competition, Tarhan advised young people to leave their problems behind, look at life with love and trust, and consciously enjoy their youth, drawing attention to the importance of curiosity, enthusiasm, and passion in projects.

Dr. Nebiye Yaşar: “Young people contribute to the sustainability ecosystem with the projects they develop”

Project advisor, Director of the Young Brains Academy, Dr. Nebiye Yaşar provided significant support to young people during the project process. Yaşar, emphasizing the importance of young people developing in areas such as project development, teamwork, and leadership, said: “Every day, more young people are taking steps to make a difference with many local or international projects, contributing to the sustainability ecosystem with their social projects. Young people creating innovative solutions to social problems with an innovative perspective creates value.”

“BP Gelişim Seninle Project aims to develop young people's knowledge and skills”

BP Gelişim Seninle aims to support the youth of our country in acquiring the knowledge and skills required by the age. With the Social Projects it supports, it contributes to young people identifying problems in their environment, taking steps towards solving these problems, and providing social benefit as clubs and communities. The projects aim for university clubs and communities to put into practice the knowledge they gained from the Sustainable Life and Event trainings within the Gelişim Seninle Trainings.
