Üsküdar University Engineering and Natural Sciences Faculty Department of Industrial Engineering students opened ‘Salad Cafe Exhibition’. Fourth Year of engineering students opened the exhibition at the Main Campus Dinning Hall and it was realized within the scope of Statistic Quality Control Application course.

Those who participated in the exhibition are as follows; Head of the Industrial Engineering Department Prof. Mehmet Savsar, Asst. Prof. Murat Anlı, Asst. Prof. Nigar Kantarcı Çarşıbaşı, Asst. Prof. Münire Berna Beşkese and Asst. Prof. Orkun Kozanoğlu.
‘Salad Cafe Exhibition’ was realized within the scope of an entrepreneurship movement, which has been started with the aim to strengthen the immune system of people with right and healthy nutritional values after the pandemic. In the project developed with the purpose of creating a high nutritional salad with affordable costs, students drew attention to the important of salad consumption with the best design.
Students, who highlight the importance of the salad consumption with high nutritional value, expressed their goal, “we try to make people gain salad consumption habit with affordable costs.”.

In the exhibition with great attention by academicians and students, various salad tasting has done and the exhibit ended with the photo shoot.
