YKS results have been announced, and a new period, the preference marathon, now begins for candidates. YKS preference procedures will be carried out between July 27 and August 8. Üsküdar University's expert team of preference counselors is once again guiding candidates this year to make the right choices. Candidates can conduct their interviews either face-to-face or online via the online communication center. Candidates who seize the opportunity to see the facilities offered by the university on site also have the chance to meet with prominent figures such as Psychiatrist – Author Prof. Dr. Nevzat Tarhan, one of Turkey's beloved names; Prof. Dr. Sevil Atasoy, a leading figure in Forensic Science; Political Scientist Prof. Dr. Deniz Ülke Arıboğan; scientists with important works and discoveries in the field of health, Prof. Dr. Tayfun Uzbay and Prof. Dr. Muhsin Konuk; and Communication Scientist Prof. Dr. Nazife Güngör.

As every year, Üsküdar University will provide services to prospective students, guiding them with expert counselors to choose the right departments based on their scores.
Prospective students will have the opportunity to take career tests that provide insights into which professions they could be successful in the future. Additionally, through the 'Aday Üsküdar' (Prospective Üsküdar) and 'Hangi Üniversite' (Which University) platforms, which contain up-to-date information on preferences, students can access all the information they need.
Department and profession selection based on interests and personality traits with career tests
Üsküdar University also offers important options such as the Career Test and YKS Robot for candidates who are undecided about their career choice. Candidates who take the Career Test can see professions that match their interests, abilities, and personality traits. Prospective students can learn everything they wonder about with expert counselors, interpret the test results with experts, and then immediately meet with the academic staff to choose the right departments based on their scores.
Preference and promotional days will serve as a guide
Prospective students visiting Üsküdar University during the preference and promotional days get to tour the campuses accompanied by faculty members, unit managers, and 'yellow T-shirt' guide students who await them throughout the day, gathering information about departments and getting to know the university and its departments closely.
Candidates can make their preferences with a team of 15 preference counselors led by Expert Psychological Counselor and Career Counselor Ece Tözeniş and Education Expert Ertuğrul Tut.
