The 5th seminar was held within the scope of the "Change Starts With Me" Project.

Uskudar University, in cooperation with the Üsküdar District Governorship and the Üsküdar District Directorate of National Education, held the fifth seminar within the scope of the “Change Starts With Me - Social Media Awareness Project” at Haydarpaşa Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School. Project coordinator Assoc. Prof. Dr. Aylin Tutgun Ünal made important presentations to students regarding conscious social media use and media literacy. 

Within the scope of the “Change Starts With Me - Social Media Awareness Project,” which aims to provide social media literacy skills to 1500 high school students studying in Üsküdar, project partners continue to meet with students.

As the fifth event within the project, a meeting was held with the teachers and students of Haydarpaşa Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School. Project coordinator Assoc. Prof. Dr. Aylin Tutgun Ünal, a faculty member at Uskudar University's Faculty of Communication, made important presentations on social media literacy and conscious social media use at the seminar.

Melek Ozat, a Preference Promotion Assistant from the Corporate Communications Department's Educational Institutions and Guidance Services Unit, also accompanied the seminar and provided information to the students along with Ünal.

Approximately 350 students participated in the program, which continued with a question-and-answer session after the information sharing.

Afterwards, students were presented with Prof. Dr. Nevzat Tarhan's book "Being a Conscious Youth" and a Uskudar University promotional kit.
